1. Custom Orders:
No Returns or Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom print jobs (e.g., business cards, banners, custom designs), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or the print quality is significantly below the agreed-upon standard.

2. Errors on Our Part:
Incorrect Prints or Defects: If we make a mistake on your order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect colors, spelling errors, or defects), we will provide a reprint or a full refund upon review.

What to Do: If your product has a defect or issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will request photos of the issue to process a claim.

3. Non-Custom Orders:
Refunds/Exchanges: For non-customized items (such as pre-printed products or standard designs), we may offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

4. Cancellation Policy:
Before Production: Orders can be canceled and refunded if canceled before the printing process begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will assist with the cancellation.

5. Refund Process:
Approved Returns/Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If a reprint is necessary, we will coordinate with you to ensure your satisfaction.
